Simple: tell us your dates, party size and budget. Within 24 hours you receive a shortlist of suitable yachts with honest commentary. Once you choose, we issue a MYBA-standard charter agreement, you pay a deposit — typically 50% — and the dates are locked. The balance is due 60 days before departure.
The base weekly rate covers the yacht, her crew, insurance and standard equipment. On top, plan an APA of around 30% for fuel, food, drinks and berthing, plus any local VAT (for example 24% in Greece, reduced for international passages). Crew gratuity of 10–15% is customary but discretionary.
For peak weeks — mid-July to mid-August and holidays — book 6 to 12 months ahead. Shoulder-season charters (May, June, September) can often be arranged 2–3 months out, and last-minute yacht charter deals do appear within 30 days of departure.
